Vacation Home House Rules

Welcome to your perfect getaway! To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules during your vacation:

• Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a booking.
• Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests specified in your booking are permitted on the property.
• Property Respect: Setting up tents or any other structures on the property is not allowed.
• Responsibility for Damages: Guests will be responsible for any damages incurred during their stay and may be required to cover additional cleaning costs if necessary.
• Identification: A government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.
• Furniture Care: Please do not rearrange or move the furniture.
• Enjoyment Hours: Pool access is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and cenote access from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Pet Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $25 USD fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets per reservation). Please reach out if you plan to bring your furry friends. Note that only domestic pets (dogs or cats) are allowed. All pets must be well-behaved and adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Use designated pet feeders instead of property crockery and glassware.
  • Bathing pets in room showers or using property towels for pets is prohibited.
  • Pets must be supervised and leashed within the development to prevent accidents and ensure cleanliness.
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and covering any damages caused by them within the property.
• Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking of any substance and the use of recreational drugs on the property are strictly forbidden.
• Quiet Enjoyment: Parties, events, illegal activities, excessive noise, and loud music are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

Penalties: Failure to adhere to these rules may result in a $300 USD penalty fee.
